Clifford Ashman is a peaceful scheme in an established residential area just outside Taunton in Somerset. The court is close to the town centre and also within easy reach of Exmoor and Minehead.

Taunton is a lively town with a range of attractions for residents to enjoy including the popular annual Flower Show, Christmas markets and a wealth of shops and galleries.

Buses run regularly into the town from a stop two minutes’ walk from the court, or residents can choose to use the local taxi companies or the slinky bus. The mainline train station provides connections to London Paddington and towns along the way.

The court has extensive gardens with mature shrubs and a pleasant patio with seating where residents can enjoy the warmer weather. Green-fingered residents are welcome to get involved with tending areas of the gardens if they choose or grow their own flowers and vegetables.

Residents of this friendly court are encouraged to arrange social activity as it suits them, some meet regularly for morning coffee in the bright, comfortable communal lounge and guest speakers visit monthly.
