Dennis Sneezum Court is situated in the bustling market town of Downham Market in Norfolk and offers independent living close to a range of attractions and amenities.
The court itself is set in attractive gardens which feature raised flower beds, a greenhouse, an arbour, seating areas and a patio. Residents are encouraged to help tend to the gardens.
The town also has a newsagents, post office, three doctors surgeries and a health centre, a sports centre with swimming pool and a town hall which holds monthly film shows. There is also a Conservative Club and Social Club. Markets are held every Friday and Saturday, and there is a yearly festival in the town.
Buses run regularly throughout the day to Kings Lynn and surrounding villages from a stop at the end of the drive. There is a train station a 10 minute walk from the court with access to the main line to London.
