Set in the beautiful village of Wilmington in Kent, a small village with a rich community life, Emily Court is an extremely sought-after scheme in a pleasant part of the country. As well as being located in lovely rural surroundings with lots of footpaths and bridle paths, just outside the court buses run to two market towns, Swanley and Dartford, each ten minutes away. From there, there are excellent transport links, with both towns having mainline train stations.

Emily Court has state of the art facilities, including a hair salon, gym, activity room, internet café, restaurant and traditional corner shop. There is also the Emily Court Curiosity shop, which sells bric-a-brac. In addition, the court boasts an interactive 1970s reminiscence corner which is popular with all who come to the scheme.
