Fitzwalter Court

Fitzwalter Court sits in an established residential area, on the outskirts of the bustling port town of Dover and close to a range of local amenities. Dover is an attractive town with a wealth of historic buildings and attractions for residents to enjoy.

The town centre is just a short drive or bus ride away and offers a wide range of attractions including the famous White Cliffs and Samphire Hoe Country Park. Residents also have a host of historic buildings on their doorstep including Dover Castle, the South Foreland Lighthouse, Dover Museum, Deal Castle and St Augustine’s Abbey.

Buses run regularly into the centre of Dover from a stop just opposite the court, or there is a volunteer driver service which residents can use. Dover also has a train station a short drive or bus ride away, providing connections to the region’s towns and cities. The town is close to the Channel Tunnel and the busy ferry port offers regular trips to France.

The attractive communal gardens have pleasant seating areas for a spot of outdoor relaxation in fine weather and those with green fingers are welcome to get involved with the gardening if they wish.
