Gill Court is situated close to the sea-front on the south shore of Blackpool. All rooms have new fitted showers and modern kitchens with cookers and fridge freezers. On-site facilities include a communal lounge, communal kitchen, laundry room and guest room facilities.
The bus stop is approximately 10 metres from the court giving easy access to Blackpool town centre, Cleveleys, St Anne's and the whole of the Fylde Coast. The scheme is a mixture of 33 studio and one-bedroom flats.
