Hart Court is a friendly and welcoming scheme situated a short distance from Southampton and just yards from Sholing train station, with a direct line into Southampton and Portsmouth.
Hart Court has a range of on-site facilities including a communal lounge, laundry, guest room for visiting friends and family, library and a lift.
The court has attractive, well-maintained gardens with mature trees and flowerbeds. There are pleasant seating areas where residents can relax, or they can choose to join in with the gardening if they choose. A range of wildlife visits the gardens including squirrels, birds and a fox.
The city centre has a wide variety of amenities including West Quay shopping centre, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafés, banks and more. Southampton is the country’s busiest cruise port and residents can enjoy the annual PSB Southampton Boat Show, as well as other events at the waterfront.
Buses run every ten minutes into the city centre from the court and there is also a convenient dial-a-ride service for residents to use.

Hart Court is a friendly scheme offering residents a wide range of social activities to enjoy in the bright and comfortable communal lounge; these include bingo, fish and chip lunches (during the winter), and armchair exercises. The mature landscaped gardens provide an attractive alternative space for relaxation in fine weather, and residents with green fingers are welcome to join in with the gardening if they choose.
The area has a range of leisure facilities, including two country parks, a leisure centre, cinemas and a local park just half a mile away.
