The court enjoys a convenient location with a shop just next door and a community hall nearby.
The larger town of Ilford is a 20-minute bus ride away, and residents can enjoy its lively centre with major stores, cinemas, restaurants, cafés and pubs. It is also home to the Kenneth More Theatre.
Buses run regularly to the centre of Barkingside from a stop directly outside the court and the town boasts three train stations, all offering direct routes to London. Residents can also choose to use a dial-a-ride service and a reliable taxi service to get around.
Kelvedon Lodge has a range of facilities, including a large communal lounge. The court also has a small sitting room with a library of books , and a laundry, hairdresser and residents' Car park.
