We're excited to announce that we are building a new Extra Care scheme in Cleckheaton.
Mowat Gardens will offer affordable independent living for people over the age of 55. The development consists of 61 one-bedroom and 19 two-bedroom apartments which will all be available for social rent.
Residents will have access to welcoming communal areas and optional on-site care. Facilities at Mowat Gardens include a restaurant, hair salon, communal lounge and gardens, buggy store, guest room and car park.
