Percy Court is a friendly and popular development in the quiet town of Alnwick in Northumberland. The court is a short walk from the town, which has a strong sense of community and a good range of local amenities.

Alnwick town square holds a popular market every weekend as well as annual music festivals and food festivals. The local playhouse has a varied programme of shows and plays.

Buses run regularly from a stop just a few minutes’ walk from the court and travel to a number of places including Amble, Newcastle, Lesbury, Shilbottle and Alnmouth, where residents will also find the closest train station. Some residents choose to use a dial-a-ride service to get around and there are also several reasonably-priced taxi companies in the area.

Percy Court has a range of on-site facilities for residents including a communal lounge, laundry, guest room and lift.

The court is surrounded by extensive and well-maintained gardens. Some of the residents are keen gardeners and enjoy helping to take care of the gardens.
