Pine Court is a 35-property Extra Care scheme, located in the town of Wednesfield, Wolverhampton. The scheme benefits from a cafe/bistro, a communal lounge, library, guest suite, and a communal garden.
It has three floors, all of which are accessible by a lift.
There is car parking and the scheme is close to transport links and local amenities.
Note, all 35 properties are available for rent only.
Tenant Satisfaction Measures
Every year, Housing 21 conducts an anonymous survey to understand how satisfied residents feel about our services, including questions relating to Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). As this is a newly acquired scheme (after the 2024 survey was carried out), the document at the top of this page relates to the overall performance of Housing 21 rather than the scheme specifically. We plan to share a survey with all new residents who have moved in with us, and we will then publish these results on this page in 2025.
