Set in the beautiful Kent countryside around Aldington in a rural location, Quarry House offers independent living in a contemporary, purpose built development with care and support services on site and a range of communal features.
The Extra Care scheme comprises 33 one and two bedroom properties in total. Communal features include a diner (open to all), residents’ lounge, wellbeing suite and a hairdressing salon.
Care and support is available 24-7 from the on-site team, who will be able to provide care tailored to your individual needs. Care services can support with personal care, social activities, domestic tasks and much more.
There is a Housing and Care Manager on site to provide support with issues such as repairs and maintenance and organising care.
Apartments are spacious, well-appointed and self-contained. Each has a level access bathroom with two entrances, one from the hallway and another from the master bedroom. Kitchens are fitted with built-in hobs and ovens.

Life at Quarry House
Quarry House has an active Social Club with activities on this lively Court including coffee mornings, weekly quizzes and games, musical events in the afternoons and evenings, knit and natter sessions, themed evenings in the on-site Bistro and off-site day trips; there is also an on-site allotment.

Local area and amenities
The picturesque village of Aldington includes a large pub called the Walnut Tree and a historic church and is close to Poulton Wood nature reserve. The nearby town of Ashford offers a wider range of amenities including shops and restaurants.
