St Crispin is a 270-property Extra Care Village located in Duston, Northamptonshire. The village benefits from a cafe/bistro, shop, hairdressers, gym, steam room, spa, woodwork shop, village hall, bar, coffee shop, library, snooker room, IT suite, craft room including kiln, well being garden, rose garden, laundry and car parking facilities.
St Crispin has five floors, all of which are accessible by a lift and it has 270 one- and two-bedroom apartments and bungalows, with some having balconies or shared patio areas.
There is car parking on site.
Note, this scheme has x125 properties for rent, x85 properties for shared ownership and x60 properties for outright sale.
Tenant Satisfaction Measures
Every year, Housing 21 conducts an anonymous survey to understand how satisfied residents feel about our services, including questions relating to Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). As this is a newly acquired scheme (after the 2024 survey was carried out), the document at the top of this page relates to the overall performance of Housing 21 rather than the scheme specifically. We plan to share a survey with all new residents who have moved in with us, and we will then publish these results on this page in 2025.
