Turnbull Court is located a couple of miles from Leeds city centre. There are 24 single flats and 14 double flats; the scheme has recently been renovated into a lovely bright and airy space.
On-site facilities include a communal lounge, guest room, lift, and a very well-maintained communal garden, which is maintained by gardeners.

Local amenities consist of two doctor’s surgeries and a parade of shops including a chemist which delivers to the scheme. There is a bus stop outside the court, and a bus service which runs every 3-4 minutes.
