Turvey King Court is a quiet scheme situated in the attractive village of Denmead in the Hampshire countryside, but within easy reach of the nearby town of Waterlooville.
The historic naval city of Portsmouth is just a short drive or bus journey away. The city offers visitors a wealth of things to see and do including the Gun Wharf Quays shopping centre and the dockyards, home to famous ships such as HMS Warrior, the Mary Rose and Nelson’s flagship, HMS Victory.
The court is a short bus ride or car journey from the surrounding towns and villages. Nearby Wickham hosts several popular music and food festivals each year. Bus stops are just five minutes’ walk from the court and the closest train station is at Fareham or Havant.
Turvey King Court has two residents’ lounges, a guest room, a communal laundry, conservatory, lift and Car park.
The attractive and well-maintained gardens have beautiful flowering plants and mature shrubs, which many of the green-fingered residents enjoy tending.

This friendly court offers residents a variety of social events to enjoy in the spacious and comfortable communal lounge. These include regular coffee mornings, lunches and raffles. The well-maintained gardens offer a pleasant outdoor space for relaxation in fine weather, and those with green fingers are welcome to help tend the gardens if they wish.
The court is just a five-minute walk from the centre of Denmead, with a range of amenities including supermarkets, shops, takeaways, hairdressers, a post office, bakery, bank and health centre. Local places to eat and drink include several pubs and a café.
