It is well connected with a bus stop at the end of the road that will get you to Brighouse in 10 minutes, which has its own train station, and to Huddersfield or Halifax in 20 minutes. Within a 10 minute walk there is a doctors, dentist and a library while a little further away in the town, there is a twice-weekly market and two supermarkets.

The court sits in beautiful and spacious grounds where residents can sit out on the patio area or do a bit of gardening. Regular visits by foxes and squirrels add to the rural feel. The court has a newly furnished guest room as well as being equipped with a stair lift and main lift.
