Wellington Court is a Retirement Living scheme, and part of the neighbouring scheme Wellington Mill. The property is a converted cotton mill in the town of Leek, Staffordshire, and is set in a courtyard, surrounded by flower beds and grassed areas.
Wellington Court is made up of 12 bungalows.
Car parking on site is available.
Note, all 12 properties are available for rent only.
Tenant Satisfaction Measures
Every year, Housing 21 conducts an anonymous survey to understand how satisfied residents feel about our services, including questions relating to Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). As this is a newly acquired scheme (after the 2024 survey was carried out), the document at the top of this page relates to the overall performance of Housing 21 rather than the scheme specifically. We plan to share a survey with all new residents who have moved in with us, and we will then publish these results on this page in 2025.
