Wellington Mill is a 41-bed Retirement Living scheme. The property is a converted cotton mill in the town of Leek, Staffordshire, and is set in a courtyard, surrounded by flower beds and grassed areas.
Wellington Mill has three floors, all of which are accessible by a lift. It is made up of 41 rented flats (40 one-bedrooms and 1 two-bedroom).

Tenant Satisfaction Measures
Every year, Housing 21 conducts an anonymous survey to understand how satisfied residents feel about our services, including questions relating to Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). As this is a newly acquired scheme (after the 2024 survey was carried out), the document at the top of this page relates to the overall performance of Housing 21 rather than the scheme specifically. We plan to share a survey with all new residents who have moved in with us, and we will then publish these results on this page in 2025.
