An open day was held to mark the completion of a £3.1 million regeneration project which revitalised Jellicoe Court in Scunthorpe.

One year since Housing 21 announced its biggest ever acquisition, the housing provider has secured the care contracts at School Court and Brunel Court in South Staffordshire.

Residents at Legh Court welcomed a special guest as Jo Platt, MP for Leigh and Atherton, stopped by for a chat over coffee and biscuits.

Residents and the local community came together to celebrate Diwali at Seagrave Court, sharing culture, food and friendship.

Celebrations were underway at Retirement Living schemes across the South West as residents came together to celebrate the winners of Housing 21’s annual In Bloom gardening competition. The ceremonies, held at Eric Long Court, Mountbatten Court, and Leonard Houlden Court, recognised residents’ creativity when transforming their outdoor spaces into vibrant community gardens.

An open day was held for residents and the wider community to mark the completion of a £1.4 million investment project at Penfold Court in London Marylebone.  

Cohousing is a new initiative for Housing 21 where residents help to shape the design of the scheme to balance the benefits of living within a community alongside the privacy of individual properties
