The celebrations were in full swing at Housing 21’s headquarters, Tricorn House as Chief Executive Bruce Moore presented the graduating students from the Housing Academy with their certificates.

An open day was held to mark the completion of a £3.1 million regeneration project which revitalised Jellicoe Court in Scunthorpe.

Housing 21’s Throstle Court has created a special charity calendar in aid of Andy’s Man Club, the national men’s mental health organisation founded in memory of Andrew Roberts. Residents donned costumes inspired by stars including Madonna, The Spice Girls, Freddie Mercury, Dolly Parton and Elton John. A local photographer and make-up artist generously donated their time, helping produce a high-quality calendar that has already proved a hit.

Housing 21 scooped a Silver Award at the Learning Awards in London and In-house Lawyer of the Year at the Birmingham Law Society 2026 Awards.
