Respect and Inclusion Charter

Difference matters at Housing 21. We are committed to creating and sustaining an inclusive environment for all; our residents, our employees and our partners.

We aim to champion inclusivity and nurture a culture of belonging, where everyone feels valued and respected. Which is why we've launched a Respect and Inclusion Charter based on four key principles that we expect everyone, be they an employee, resident or stakeholder, to adhere to:
