What it means for residents

At Housing 21, we put residents at the heart of everything we do. In addition to providing safe, affordable and quality homes with care or support for older people of modest means, we strive to create environments where diversity is welcomed and people are respectful of each other's differences.

To achieve this, we want to establish diverse networks led by our residents. Our network currently includes (but it not limited to) diversity linked to LGBTQ+, race and ethnicity, gender and religion. We are always keen to welcome new members, hear feedback about these groups and ideas for new initiatives and would encourage residents to either speak with their local manager or contact our Resident Engagement Team.
