As an LHM, you are the face of Housing 21 in a people-focused role where no two days are the same. You will be visible to residents, supporting day-to-day life whilst ensuring the scheme runs smoothly, safely and effectively. You’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of your scheme, with responsibility for services, performance and overall delivery.
You will be supported to develop a career in housing management, where we will help you to continuously build your skills and knowledge.
