Local Housing Managers

Local Housing Managers (LHM), are the heart of Retirement Living schemes, building relationships, solving problems, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where people can live well and independently.

As an LHM, you are the face of Housing 21 in a people-focused role where no two days are the same. You will be visible to residents, supporting day-to-day life whilst ensuring the scheme runs smoothly, safely and effectively. You’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of your scheme, with responsibility for services, performance and overall delivery.

You will be supported to develop a career in housing management, where we will help you to continuously build your skills and knowledge. Many people choose to grow and progress within Housing 21; others thrive in the role long-term. Whatever you choose, we will ensure you are supported and valued throughout your career.
