There are 20 apartments available to purchase through shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25% to a maximum of 75%. By basing costs on each individual's financial circumstances, this makes it an option for all. Allocation terms and conditions apply. Please note that all shared ownership properties are now reserved.
Rental
There are also 30 apartments available for affordable rent, where Housing Benefit is accepted.
