The court has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for both residents and visitors, which include a café/bistro and hair salon for use by the community. There is also a residents’ lounge and communal gardens for residents and their guests to enjoy.
Shared ownership - prices from: £45,000 (25% shared ownership)*
There are 29 apartments available to purchase through shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25% to a maximum of 75%. By basing costs on each individual's affordability, this makes it an option for all. Allocation terms and conditions apply.
Rental - prices from £97.85 (1 bed rental)* and £120.50 (2 bed rental)*
There are also 29 apartments available for affordable rent, where Housing Benefit is accepted.
