A leisure centre and a selection of restaurants and cafés can be found at the seafront. The historic town of Hastings is close by, with a wider selection of shops, amenities and attractions. A post office and several banks and churches are also nearby.
The court is well served by public transport, with a bus stop 100 yards from the main entrance, with regular services to Hastings and Eastbourne. Bexhill has its own railway station connecting to Eastbourne, Brighton and London.
The court has a residents’ lounge, laundry and a guest room for use by visiting family and friends. Each block at the court has a stair lift to the first floor. Outside, there is a garden area and residents are welcome to help tend the plants and plant their own.
A Court Manager is on site to provide help and support to residents, and further peace of mind comes from the 24 hour emergency alarms.

The bright, spacious communal lounge at this friendly court is a perfect place for residents to sit and chat with friends and neighbours over a cup of tea or coffee; it is also the venue for games nights, seasonal activities and other celebrations where residents can all get together and socialise. The communal gardens are well maintained and residents are welcome to get involved with a spot of gardening if they wish.
A short distance from the seafront and beaches, the court is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac with a range of shops and amenities close by, including a supermarket, pharmacist, hardware store and takeaway.
