Redmayne View is an Extra Care scheme located to the North of Norwich in Sprowston, close to a bus route and with good access to shops, a post office, hairdressers, a doctor’s surgery and other local amenities.

Living in an Extra Care scheme means you continue to live independently in your new home, exactly as you do now, but with the peace of mind that having help on hand brings.

You have your own front door and letterbox; can have friends and family to visit (without asking permission) and can bring pets along with you. The only difference is that here you have an on-site care team available 24/7, an on-site Manager and access to communal facilities – if you want to use them.

The scheme has 40 one- bedroom apartments and offers care and support, should you require it, and a range of communal facilities including a lift, lounge, cafe/ bistro (which is also open to the public), laundry room, guest facilities, garden, hobby room, shop, library, assisted bathing facility and a hairdressing salon.
