Jackie and her partner Steve live together at their home in North Yorkshire, but occasionally, Jackie will move into the respite apartment at a nearby Extra Care scheme.

Fi, who is originally from South Africa, moved into one of our Retirement Living schemes two years ago. It's a new chapter for author Fi, who enjoys living at the scheme and the independence it gives her.

Paul came to live at one of our Retirement Living schemes after being homeless. He is now rebuilding his life and plays a big part in the community at his scheme, cooking for other residents and generally helping them.
