We recently held a consultation on how we get the best deal on communal gas and electricity. Here we will share any letters, videos, consultation notes, and F.A.Qs.
In the past, we have opted for either one‑year fixed energy deals or variable rates, based on the recommendations of our energy consultants and whichever option was considered the most affordable at the time. We now believe that a longer‑term fixed contract would offer better value for money, and securing this type of agreement would typically require formal consultation.
