Ways to pay

You can pay your rent in a few ways but the easiest way to pay and reduce the risk of missing a payment is via Direct Debit.

Pay online now

Pay for your rent and service charges online today.

If you receive a monthly invoice from Housing 21 for your care, you can pay this online.

Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment and guarantees you peace of mind that your bills are being paid regularly. If you have moved in recently, you should have been set up to pay via Direct Debit during your tenancy sign up. If you are an existing resident you can speak to your local manager who can set this up for you.

You can choose to pay either weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, or monthly on 01 of the month.

Once set up, you will receive a Direct Debit Mandate confirming the payment value and dates; if there are any changes to this, your Direct Debit will update automatically, and you will receive a new agreement.

If you have access to online banking, you can pay by bank transfer (BACS Payment) using your tenancy number as a reference (found on your rent statement).

The bank account details to pay are:

Account Name: Housing 21

Sort Code: 20-06-05

Account Number: 80664332

Reference: This will be your tenancy number found on your rent statement.

If you pay by Standing Order, you can choose the date your rent payment leaves your account. You will need to put your tenancy number found on your rent statement as your reference.

If you choose to pay via Standing Order you can select your preferred date and frequency.

Any time your rent changes in the future, you will need to contact your bank to change the Standing Order.

The bank account details to pay are:

Account Name: Housing 21

Sort Code: 20-06-05

Account Number: 80664332

If you already have an Allpay card you can make payments at any location displaying the PayPoint, Post Office® or Payzone logos. They include:

  • Shops and garages displaying the PayPoint and Payzone logos

  • Any Post Office®

  • By telephone - call 0330 041 6497 (calls are charged at national rate)

Please note, we are not able to issue new Allpay cards, therefore if you lose your card you will need to select a different payment method.
