During our selection and recruitment of new employees we often will ask our residents to get involved during the interview process. This means residents have a say in who we recruit into the organisation. 

The interview process varies dependent on the role. For example, roles which are remote (home-based) may follow on an online interview process. 

We often conduct in-person (face-to-face) roles as well and these interviews will be in person at a nearby scheme or at our central head office in Birmingham.

It is easy to get involved and it may start with an initial chat with our team to understand how you can support us and how we can support you!
