Keeping you safe
Safety inspections are carried out regularly to ensure your ongoing safety. We may periodically require access to your property. All residents are encouraged to have open communications and raise any concerns.
If you have any concerns relating to building safety, please either:
- Contact your manager
- Contact your Operations Manager
- Raise concerns at the resident engagement meetings. These are expected to occur every six months
Housing 21 is committed to providing safe and good-quality homes for our residents.
The Decent Homes Standard is a standard set by the UK Government which applies to the social rented sector. As a social landlord, we must provide homes which:
- Meet the current statutory minimum standard for housing
- Are in a reasonable state of repair
- Have reasonably modern facilities
- Provide a degree of thermal comfort
