Helping you with digital skills

Being online offers many benefits, such as connecting with loved ones, shopping, accessing healthcare, and managing finances. However, some people struggle to access the internet or digital devices, leading to social and economic inequalities.

To help residents in our services, we aim to remove digital barriers by enhancing confidence, literacy, and skills, and making the digital world more accessible.

As a resident, you can access Learn My Way: Learn My Way | Develop Your Digital Skills– a digital skills learning platform that offers free educational modules to help you send emails, manage your money online, access online entertainment, stay safe online and much more!

To register, select: ‘Being supported by an online centre’ and follow the joining instructions. You’ll be asked for the centre name and number, please enter the following:

Centre name: Housing 21
Number: 8010785

If you need any help accessing Learn My Way, please speak to your scheme manager.
