Burland Court is situated in a semi-rural area in the quiet, pleasant village of Branston, four miles south of the historic cathedral city of Lincoln.

The court is within easy walking distance of the village centre and nearby countryside. There is a tennis and bowls club in the village and there are many pleasant walks in the area.

The vibrant city of Lincoln is just a 20-minute bus ride away and holds a popular weekly market as well as the famous Lincoln Christmas market each year.

Buses run every 20 minutes into Lincoln from a stop just a few minutes’ walk from the court, or residents can use the local taxi companies to get around. Lincoln also has a train station providing connections to further afield.

Burland Court has a range of on-site facilities for residents including a communal lounge where activities are held, a communal laundry, guest room and parking. The court has attractive and well-maintained gardens with pleasant seating areas where residents can relax and enjoy the warmer weather. Green-fingered residents are welcome to join in with the gardening if they choose. The garden is visited by ducks from the local beck and many birds from the surrounding farms and countryside.
