Conrad Court is an Extra Care scheme situated in Rotherhithe, London.
This scheme allows residents over the age of 55 to live independently in their own home with access to on-site care.
Living in Extra Care means you continue to live independently as you do now, but with the peace of mind that having help on hands brings. You have your own front door and letterbox; can have friends and family to visit (without asking permission) and can bring your pets with you too.
Conrad Court provides fully accessible facilities for residents and the local community, which includes a communal lounge, café/bistro, laundry room, garden, activities room, hair salon and spa.
Conrad Court has excellent transport links, with Canada Water and Surrey Quays stations both within walking distance.
In 2025-26, Housing 21 commissioned Acuity to carry out a Care Satisfaction Survey with residents who receive a care component in an Extra Care scheme.
The purpose of the survey is to provide quality data to help improve the service provision. We undertook a census approach of Extra Care residents who could complete the survey online by scanning a QR code. Alternatively, they had the option to complete the paper version and return the survey themselves or get help from someone else.
