Falkland Court is situated within a quiet area of the market town of Bingley. It is equipped with parking spaces for residents and visitors, though a bus stop is just over the road. You can easily reach the town centre, just half a mile away, whilst Keighley and Bradford are less than half an hour by public transport. Just across the road from the court there is a new medical centre, and there are three churches in the area as well as a post office and pharmacist in the town.
The court has pleasant views of its surroundings. Its facilities include a communal lounge, two guestrooms, a library and a gym. The communal garden has a seating area with a gazebo. Residents tend to the flower pots and hanging baskets, as well as feeding the birds that make regular visits to the garden.
