Warrington is a vibrant town, with an excellent rugby team and a varied programme of annual events like the Warrington Music Festival. The Golden Square, in the centre of Warrington, is one of the main shopping areas in the town and has a good selection of high street shops and major retailers.
The town is easily reached by bus and offers good rail links to the surrounding towns and larger cities.
Hancock Court has a laundry room, scooter park and a pleasant guest room with en suite facilities. There is an active residents’ association which owns a number of laptops which residents can borrow and there is also a computer area with broadband which anyone is welcome to use.
The attractive and well-maintained communal gardens are a real sun-trap and residents enjoy sitting outside in the summer, meeting up, reading or just enjoying the fresh air.
