Four shared ownership apartments available
Lea Springs is an Extra Care scheme set in the attractive and historic Hertfordshire town of Harpenden. The scheme offers residents the chance to live independently in contemporary apartments, with access to a range of communal facilities, on-site care and support services.
Comprising 38 one- and two-bedroom apartments, the scheme is designed to provide a supportive and welcoming community for residents and their guests. Every apartment is spacious and comes with modern kitchens, level-access shower rooms and emergency alarms for peace of mind.
Communal facilities include a hair salon, dining room, restaurant, residents’ lounge and laundry room, as well as landscaped gardens with seating areas.
There is an on-site Housing Manager to provide support with issues such as repairs, maintenance and organising care.
Shared ownership properties
There is a selection of two-bedroom apartments available to purchase through shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25% to a maximum of 75%. By basing costs on each individual's affordability, this makes it an option for all. Allocation terms and conditions apply.
