Springhill Court has a range of on-site facilities including private and communal lounges, a salon, therapist, restaurant, guest room, laundry, lifts and parking.
The court has a sheltered and private garden, where many residents like to sit and watch the variety of birds that visit. Residents are encouraged to get involved in taking care of the planting and flowerpots if they choose. The court holds a barbeque and garden party each summer.

Springhill Court is a welcoming development with an active social group helping to organise regular events both on and off-site. The Court has comfortable, easily accessible communal lounges where residents can socialise and chat with friends and neighbours.
The town has a small supermarket, post office, medical centre, doctors surgery, banks and several independent shops including a traditional butcher and baker.
