The court is conveniently located close to three small towns and just minutes from a large retail park, with Worcester town centre slightly further away. At the nearby shopping centre, residents can find a range of supermarkets, high street shops and food outlets.
Malvern hosts many events during the summer months and the Malvern Theatre has a full programme of plays, music, comedy and musicals all year round.
The court has well-maintained gardens which have received three awards from RHS England in Bloom. The rear garden is peaceful while the front garden is a more sociable space with a patio area where residents sit and chat. All residents are welcome to join in with the gardening if they wish. The court is home to a variety of wildlife such as hedgehogs and birds.

Regular events take place in the communal lounge and include monthly meals, bingo sessions and race nights. In the warmer months, get-togethers and afternoon teas take place in the gazebo, which is set in the attractive, award-winning gardens. Keen gardeners are also welcome to help tend the plants if they wish.
Viscount Cobham Court is situated on a main bus route to the town centre and the wider region, and within easy access of local shops.
