Tracy left school at 16 without any GCSEs; 32 years later, after building a career through hard work and determination, she was named the Most Influential Business Woman in Retirement Living. As the Head of Commissioning and Service Integration at Housing 21, Tracy is a key member of the organisation’s Senior Leadership Team. But unlike many of her peers, Tracy did not obtain a university degree until long after she had embarked on a successful career in management roles.

You can now do this through the Social Tenants Access to Information Requirement scheme. It is a new standard introduced by the Government to enhance transparency for tenants of social housing providers, such as Housing 21. A consultation period ended in July 2024, and the government is currently finalising the legislation.
