Malmesbury Court is situated in the lively village of Netley Abbey, enjoying an attractive and convenient location on the Southampton Water and just a few miles from the busy city of Southampton.

Netley Abbey offers plenty for residents to do, with a variety of nearby attractions including the Abbey ruins and a leisure centre. Royal Victoria Country Park is a short drive or walk away and hosts regular events throughout the year such as music sessions in the chapel, the World Rhymes Day and the Pumpkin Festival to name but a few.

There is a shopping precinct and regular market at nearby Bitterne and Southampton city centre is a short bus ride away. There are plenty of larger supermarkets in the local area.

Buses run regularly from Netley Abbey to the centre of Southampton and to local supermarkets from stops very near the court. Netley Abbey has a railway station 20 minutes’ walk away, offering hourly services to Fareham or Southampton Central. There is also a local dial-a-ride service which residents can use.
