Get involved

Housing 21 actively encourages residents to become involved in the running of schemes and influencing policies. How much you get involved is up to you.

Some residents enjoy being involved in the formal consultation structures such as resident associations, or consultative forums, whilst others prefer a more informal way of representing the views of their scheme.

Your Local Housing  Manager can give you more information about how you can become involved.

Keeping you informed

We give tenants regular information on the work of Housing 21 through our Wellbeing 21 quarterly newsletters. We also distribute these newsletters to ensure that we keep you up to date with what is happening in Housing 21 Oldham.

Consultation

We will consult you regularly on issues affecting your home. We may contact you by:

• Letter
• Personal visit
• Inviting you to a meeting at your court
• Sending out a tenant satisfaction survey
• Liaising with you through the residents' association
