Elkin Court is a scheme of Extra Care housing on the outskirts of Trafford, built in 2008, with attractive gardens where residents actively maintain the flower beds, with support from the gardening contractors. The court has its own restaurant, day care, salon, and shop.
Elkin Court comprises 12 two-bed and 28 one-bed flats; all floors have lift access. The court has a residents' lounge and an overnight guest room with bathroom and kitchenette.
