Guy Thornycroft Court is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the market town of Ludlow in South Shropshire. The court enjoys a countryside feel yet is just half an hour’s walk from the town centre.
Ludlow is a lively town with regular markets and many festivals throughout the year including food festivals, medieval festivals and the renowned summer festival, with open-air concerts and plays set in the castle grounds
Ludlow has a range of leisure facilities including the famous castle, a cinema, theatre, arts centre, modern leisure centre and swimming pool. The whole area is surrounded by popular riverside walks and Forestry Commission woodland walks.
Buses into the town centre run regularly from a stop just outside the court. The larger towns of Shrewsbury and Hereford are 30 miles from Ludlow and can be reached by train or connecting bus.

The court is surrounded by attractive landscaped gardens which attract squirrels, hedgehogs, and a variety of birds. Residents are welcome to get involved with cultivating areas of the garden if they wish.
