A new Extra Care scheme is coming to Telford early 2024.

Sandstone Court offers residents independent living with spacious communal facilities and access to on-site care if and when they need it. Our 70 one- and two-bedroom apartments are available for rent to residents over the age of 55.

This scheme has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities including an onsite Housing and Care Manager and a buggy store. Other key facilities include a café/bistro, gardens and a spacious residents’ lounge – perfect for greeting family and friends when they visit. Pets are very welcome to move in too!
