The Residents’ Complaint Panel provides essential scrutiny and oversight of our formal complaints process and lessons learnt.
The group meet four times a year, three of which are usually digitally and one in person. If you don’t have digital access or confidence using video conferencing or email, we can support you with this. Please get in touch.
