Apprenticeships

We are continuously exploring ways to support your career at Housing 21 and apprenticeships provide fantastic learning opportunities for our existing employees and those new to the organisation to develop their knowledge and skills.

Whether you are a new employee joining us an apprentice, or an existing colleague looking to learn new skills, choosing an apprenticeship creates many opportunities for you to develop and improve.

All apprenticeships include the following:

  • A nationally recognised qualification, some examples being a Diploma or Certificate
  • Functional maths and English skills
  • 20 percent off the job training
  • Portfolio of evidence
  • Work based project or case study

Our employees are currently studying apprenticeships in a range of fields:

  • Housing
  • Care
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Leadership and Management
  • Learning and Development
  • Surveying
  • Marketing and Communications

Apprenticeships can take from 12 to 48 months to complete depending on which subject and level you are working towards and how many hours per week you work.

There are also a number of relevant memberships you could be entitled to upon completion!
