Our commitment to helping you develop your skills and improve your performance starts from day one with a 12-week induction.

The induction journey is tailored to your job role and will include an induction toolkit, workshops, e-learning and observation and reflective practice.

We are committed to the ongoing development of all employees and recognise that upskilling our workforce will help people to perform at their best and deliver an excellent service to our customers.

Everyone has a personal development plan agreed with their manager, as part of an annual appraisal. This provides the opportunity to reflect on your performance and identify areas for development.
