Hayden Court

Hayden Court is a welcoming scheme in the Lakenham area of the historic city of Norwich. The court is a short walk from the city centre, which enjoys a strong sense of community and a wide range of local amenities.

Norwich has all the amenities you would expect including high street and independent stores, restaurants, supermarkets, a post office, doctors surgery, dentists, banks, pubs, cafés, cinemas, theatre, sports clubs, library and places of worship. Norwich is the largest city in the county and is surrounded by many attractive villages. Buses run every 20 minutes from a stop just a few minutes’ walk from the court and will take you into the city centre and outlying villages. Also within walking distance, or a short bus ride away, is Norwich train station, giving access to the wider region and further afield.

Hayden Court has a range of on-site facilities for residents including a communal lounge, laundry, guest room for visiting friends and family, mobility scooter store and private parking for residents and visitors.

The court is surrounded by extensive and well-maintained gardens with benches in the sunniest spots and a secluded barbecue area. Residents are encouraged to tend the gardens if they choose and family members are welcome to attend the occasional garden tea parties. The gardens are home to a number of birds and other animals.
