Customer Intelligence and Feedback  

Housing 21 will collect and collate data from its residents to understand the level and impact of disability on wellbeing and living independently. This data will influence and inform the design of new developments and investment programmes, ensuring investment supports the future proofing of Housing 21’s offer to residents.    

Resident feedback in relation to satisfaction with systems and processes as well as the delivered solution, will be obtained where aids and adaptations are provided, either by Housing 21 funding, or other sources following advice and assistance from Housing 21. This feedback, along with comments, compliments and complaints data, will support the development and improvement of Housing 21’s policies and processes to deliver aids and adaptations supporting residents to live independently and maintain their wellbeing.
